What supplements do you take if any?
I know that the best supplementation is just a great diet. Problem is my diet is not perfect working 9-5 and everything. Just kind of curious what supplements people take? I take the following: ON Whey (2 scoops morning 1.5 after lifting, cannot do casein makes me feel like shit) Currently Neurocore (not a big fan of preworkout supps but it helps me get motivated after being at work all day) Kirkland Multivitamin Flaxseed Oil BCAAs (Should I stop this since there's some in the ON Whey?)
Also, if you recommend adding something else let me know, but mainly just curious of other peoples supplementation.

Re: What supplements do you take if any?
I have almost the same schedule w/ the hit an miss diet.
Work 8-5, 35min. drive each way. aging parents,in laws and 6 grand kids, and my oops playing college softball.
I like the standard Bucked up pre-work out. It is easier to come down from working out from 6-8pm. I have to have a pre at age 57!
Man Sports REM PM (when needed) dont wake up in a total fog.
Krill oil caps, Qunol Ultra CoQ10, whole food multi.,some sort of a Natty test booster, Greens powder around 10am at work. the rest are old man supps.
Sip EAA during my workout, 25-30 grams of Whey + collagen first thing in the morning and 25-30 gram ISO + collagen post workout or on off days.

Re: What supplements do you take if any?

Re: What supplements do you take if any?
I decided to try adding fiber to the diet for better bowel function. Chose Garden of Life Super Seed. I accept it for a week, but so far I have not noticed any super-changes. Of course, the course of admission should be longer - then the result will be.

lion's main extract is the shit man. i use a product called adaptogen from morphogene nutrition when deep into prep and grinding hard. great for cortisol control and a host of other benefits when pushing your body to the max. the lion's main is also great to help clear the old adrenals out good and repair the cns a bit

Re: What supplements do you take if any?
If you are working hard, you need to care about the state of your muscles, this is very important, and the supplements like adaptogen and ibutamoren help a lot with keeping them on the proper level. I used the adaptogen supplements for 2 months and can say that they really help in pushing muscles working at the max level. I even bought a couple of them plus Ibutamoren supplements at the online Rats Army shop for the future since these supplements were on discount with free delivery.

Have to keep the inside looking good as well.

Re: What supplements do you take if any?
You are right a good diet is an important part of progress, sometimes people forget that it is not enough to get big weights in the gym. The most important part is the right diet and using additional fitness supplements if you want to progress faster—personally, I combine a healthy diet with the right sports program and fitness supplements. Right now, I'm using RAD 140 as my main fitness supplement and creatine in small doses after the workout. If you are not a beginner, I strictly recommend trying RAD 140. This testolone brings more energy to your muscles and increases your muscle recovery.
