i like to add natty pb or almond butter and bananas when i can. oats added in make a nice thick shake as well

not necessarily for your protein shake but a good one to do for your bp is this:
freeze fresh spinach(this is so it gives good texture)
take a ninja or nutribullet cup and pack it as full of spinach as you can. normally 2 cups or so.
add in about 1/4 cup of pure oj(not the nasty concentrate or high sugar kind).
blend this up and add in a little more spinach and water to thin it out. water amount is for how thin you want it.
do this with at least 2 or 3 meals per day and it will both enhance your pumps and also help to lower your bp. pretty tasty also

Kale is not bad in a smoothie and the fruit kills green tastes, at least it does for me. I just ought some fresh ginger to throw in .

Until about 5 years ago, I became allergic to bananas. Now that totally sucked because it was my fave shake addition and I missed banana splits ,lol! Yesterday I decided to throw a half in and it tasted soooo good with no reactions. I am hoping that allergy is a thing of the past!

grab you one of the different kinds of protein powder from truenutrtion and get the banana flavor. i love the whey iso cold filter banana one with a spoon of pb in it. it is my go to when i cant have bananas

I normally do kale, a scoop of protein powder and some frozen mangoes or a berry mix. Outside of that if I have it I'll throw in chia seeds, coconut milk, granola
