Hey guys just curious whats the best way to take your dbol and anadrol for instance say your workout is at 6 pm do you take small doses through the day or just a big 50mg a hour before your workout explain for dbol and anadrol and why and what works. Thanks.
I like to take dbol preworkout because I can actually feel and see an increase in performance, but for anadrol it really didnt matter when I took it i still saw the same results.
This may be due to the fact that dbol has such a short half life

Best taken throughout the day due to its half life and delivery system.Its best taken with meals and gets best utilized while traveling along with other nutrients.
I know many take it pre-workout and think its great but nothing beats tasking good old Viagra before workouts.Best pumped you'll ever have.

The half life of dbol is only 4.5 - 6 hours, Anadrol half life is 8-9 hours. The just confirms what everyone has said in this post, so depending on when you workout you can plan accorddingly.

i usually work out in the AM so i usually will wake up and take 2 right off the bat. then on the way to the gym i take one and let it disolve under my tongue and then about 8-10 hours later i take the other 10-20mg depending on my dose. i try to break it up throughout the day to keep my levels high. but i usually only brweak it up into 2 different times or ill start forgettin to take it.Quote:

Did 25mgs of Viagra before workout and made me feel like shit when I was done was tired and headache
