Bcaa and either waxy maize or something similar carb wise.
MPA muscle intrusion from true nutrition. Hbcd's eaas creatine agmatine and electrolytes. What else you really need?
I use size on also. If i designed one myself I would want 10g protein, some creatine and amnios, a little fast acting carbs and electrolytes. No caffeine intra workout, just a little prework out,
i dont think you should need a intra workout if you train for 1 to 1 1/2 hours intensely and you used carbs and protein preworkout.
Personally I do 10bcaas with 50g carbs coming from karbolyn
I have cellucor's BCAA mix and it rocks....I also used to take Size-On years ago! i didn't know it was voted best for this year as well! if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I dont drink anything intra workout just 100% water.
I take a preworkout with creatine, glutamine, and waxy maize all in water
Drink water 100% through my whole workout
Then post workout syntha 6, glutamine, creatine, and waxy maize all in water and 1 scoop of 100% natty pnut butter
There are a few reasons i dont do intra workouts 1 is because they give me a full and bloated feeling which i feel takes away from my workout and sometimes leaves me with im going to be sick feeling the second and probably the biggest is becuase i dont want to buy another supplement lol. BCAA's would probably be the only thing id drink during my workout. but again even those i dont drink anymore.
When I was in High school I used to carry a bottle of milk with me thru my workouts...LOL...yes, some people thought I was nuts haha
