What is planet fitness?
Gayest gym ever. Its where all Starbucks pricks work out.
No power lifting
No grunting
No banging or clanking weights
Basically you can use machines and cardio equipment.
they have a buzzer that alerts everyone when too much noise is made.
I think DB's only go to 50 lbs too.

I posted this up awhile back, i was out of town on biz in Tucson, hit up an old Golds gym I had been to there prior...walked in and all the employees are wearing purple, they were literally installing that infamous "grunt" alarm that goes off if you are too loud!
I asked for a day pass and got the "for you" price from some snotty *****. $15bucks lmao! I wanted to leave but said F it and stayed! I was loud, sweaty, dirty, slammed weights! I went way over the top! I deserved an Oscar! They kept coming up and asking me to be quiet lmao!

the first few video's were actually funny... There is a golds here where I live and they are pretty much the same minus the grunt alarm.. You can still dead lift but they dont like people to be loud. NOW I dont really care for those guys who make weird noises for the sake of making sounds.. But every now and then sometimes you gotta let out some noise to get that last rep out or after that heavy ass squat.
Just sounds like another way to make more passive weak people.. but it is nice they pass out cup cakes and pizza
