hard rock or heavy metal...old school metal!!
New and old metal
When I bring my Ipod it ranges from ol'skool metal to punk, otherwise im forced to listen to the sugar t!t teen bop the gym has blareing through the speakers overhead. Makes me wanna lay a young honey rather than push iron.
wide ranges for me from classic rock to hard core metal to trance/techno/industrial beats...not a huge fan of rap but I have a few songs in there with good rhymes!
-recently tried something totally new to me "position music"...think music like the 300...epic battle music usually orchestra type. A friend of mine got me onto "Two Steps from Hell" the album "Invicible" is awesome!
Just about anything other than Taylor swift or rap!
Mostly Rock, but I like some inspiring orchestra type music too.
I got all the NFL films music and one CD has all the Olympic theme music.
I like to imagine I am training for the Olympic Games...lol

Heavy metal and some punk music.
I am very habitual about my music while lifting. I listen to the same song on certain lifts everytime. It's my routine.
I would like to add, I swear this song added 20lbs to my bench! Gets me going.
