my 4th week back after a long summer off.starting wght was about 185,last week hit 210.b/f was between 9-10%.did 1st 2wks 10x10,last 2wks have been 8x8.Sunday starts my max-ot,altho a bit revised i think i put it together in order to fit my goals and strengthen my weak points like delts and overall legs.not too bad for 44yrs old,huh...lol?!
