it is very acidic. for many people this actually lowers their body PH and creates a body environment that is not conducive to burning fat, building muscle and for me effects my cardio tremendously
i was like you fuzo. i still have one once a week but quit drinking them daily when i realized they effected me.
on a similar note: after stopping the diet soda i started a PH balance diet and while i have not lost any weight, my skin seems clearer, and my cardio is better by 15% or so.
