Death Breath
If you’ve ever had breath with an odor similar to roadkill, listen up.
If you’ve ever had breath with an odor similar to roadkill, listen up. A tongue scraper can help get stinky bacteria, which is often the cause, off and out. Dehydration is another possible cause. Drink more water. Also, deficiencies in zinc and thiamine, or vitamin B1, can trigger death breath, as can stress from excess cortisol release. The soy lipid phosphatidylserine can reduce cortisol by more than 30 percent, even in hard-training athletes.

Re: Death Breath
Yes, thats great info. I have a job that has me face to face talking with people all day long and I have told employees that if they ever get even a hint of bad breath from me to please tell me immediately. I have even told employees, "hey, chew some mints, smells like you ate garlic last night." I try to be nice about it. It is hard to tell someone they have bad breath. They get embarrassed, but then they are thanking me.
Those tongue scrapers are a good idea. Scrape that crap off your tongue
