It's beautiful, but it wreaks havoc. The one photo shows my tree out my front door snapped because of the weight.
The other shows the 5 foot snow drift against my neighbors house

We got socked with snow also, here in the Chicago area! It is so sunny this morning and with the snow, it is soooo bright outside!
we got hit hard as well in N. NJ. driving into work today there were delays not from sun glare but snow glare.
By the time the snow was all said and done, we received 20.5 inches!!
Plus, we had about 7 inches left on the ground from last Saturday. It's intense! AND....... They say there's a chance for more on Monday.
Dude thats nothing we got dumped on big time. And I wish the media would just shut the fuk up about the snow. It snows every year and every year they make a big deal out of it.
Where I am in PA, we don't get storms like what we've had last week and yesterday. It might snow 3, 4, even 6 inches at the most. A 17 inch and 20.5 inch snowfall around here sends folks into a panic. They shop like they're going to be stuck inside for a month. They buy bread and eggs. Bread lasts a week. Eggs a little longer. If I was going to panic and buy something meaningful in a storn, I would head to Harbor Freight Tools, and buy a 5000W gas powered generator. now THAT'S something meaningful in a snow storm!
wow!!! been awhile since we got that amount!!!
I JUST GOT A CALL FROMTHE SCHOOL SAYING THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN TOMORROW BECAUSE OF A "THREAT" OF 1 - 2 INCHES HERE...
A THREAT OF SNOW...NOT ANY HERE YET. ONLY IN THE SOUTH!! :)
