what is your bodyfat%? I would reccommend a good clean diet, lots of cardio and a routine training program. I would'nt start steroids until you are at least 12% bodyfat. You could do a search on clen, ECA, NYC, etc.
Run more eat less.
get in cardio 4 times a week 45 mins each up your protein lower your carbs get an eca or nyc stack eat every two hrs
I know natural attempts should always be exhausted before AS are used....
But a nice mild cycle could really help this guy shed the pounds along with the clean diet and cardio you guys mentioned.
If its a matter of a mild, quality cycle vs. popping ECA all day long I feel AS could be a healthier and more effective choice.
It's easy to tell people to just "run more eat less". I have a friend who is overweight. He eats cleaner than I do and works his ass off yet has seen poor results for years now. Some pople are just cursed.
Do you have a regular exercise program and how long have you been exercising?
dont know bf%. i lift 3x a week . what is eca and nyc . i was also wondering if derma ject is good to use i purchased it at work a while ago.
eca is like hydroxycut. Running, swimming, whatever will cut the BF down.
