That is what I would like to do. I am only about 175 right now and would like to get to about 155 or 160
looks good....great job!
lookin good man.keep up the good work. you gotta feel good about that
yep...good job bro. whats your goals?
My Goals are to be 190-210 lbs with around 8% BF. Still a LONG ways to go.
In this i was at 155 lbs at 5-8% BF
I am Eating heavy, I have posted the supps. and i am lifting heavy, and then doing moderate cardio in the sense of light eliptical and inline walking on treadmill every day to keep the fat gain at a minimum.
do you guys have any tips to make my chest grow. my current workout is:
I start out with getting a good stretch with stretch band, then:
3-4 sets 6-10 reps with flat barbell bench press.
3-4 sets 6-10 reps with incline dumbbell press.
3-4 sets 8-10 reps with incline dumbbell flies.
3-4 sets 8-10 reps with peck deck.
then depending on mood i mix it up with either 3-4 sets of light cable workout at the end to get pump or 3-4 sets of heavy flat or incline machine presses to get pump.
here is the thing, at the end of my chest workout my chest is frigin huge (as far as i can tell lol) however, that pump doesn't last and my chest goes flat within two days. It just doesn't grow!
watch the diet. keep it super clean, but up the calories..plus balance in cardio. you need more mass and definition in general. hard to do, good luck.
Nice work man, keep up the good work.
personally i would drop the incline dumbell fly's and the pec deck. Lower your reps on the bench and up the weight. Instead of the incline flys and pec deck use the cables from both the top and bottom setting for fly's. these work great and really can isolate the pecs.
sounds like a lot of volume to me. ur doing 4 different exercises and between 80-100+ reps for one body part. looks like a flex magazine workout. i don't know how long you've been training, but it seems like way too much, ur prolly overtraining imo.
looking good bro
TO GROW...LOWER THE REPS AND GO HEAVIER
