Is there anything I can take to help me lose weight and lean up? I don't much about what everything does?
Gettin lean and losing some pounds is really just a matter of diet. You can hit cardio or gpp type work as well but plenty of water and watching you food is really the best tried and true method.
I used to be asked that question hundreds of times by a coworker back when I was LE. She was about 51 and shamefully trying to hold on to the last bit of her young appearance. She'd get a pot belly in her groin area and ask me what can she take to lose it. And I told her a shitload of things to take, such as ECA & T3/Clen. But like everything, you must diet and exercise when using it. But when she heard the "D & E" suggestion, she panicked.
It's like I told her, bro. If it was so easy to just take a pill, inject a liquid, or rub a gel on us in order to lose weight, then...........
Richard Simmons would be on welfare.
All gyms and fitness spas would close down.
And all of those exercise videos and DVD's would no longer exist.
HEALTHY LIVING AND CARDIO
what they all said...
Well, I have a friend that is using and I told him my plans for getting back into working out and trying to get lean over the winter, etc....and he says "I got some stuff that will help you burn the fat." And that is what led me to this question. I "PLAN" on really starting to hit the cardio next week (I say plan because I can not for the life of me seem to get motivated). With the way I eat and the metabolism that I seem to naturally have, I think if I hit the cardio and cut out sugars, then I will drop the weight that I want initially. Then I can get my diet in check from there to get lean.
Anyway, just thought I would throw this question out there.
You can always add in an ECA stack or OTC fat-burners, as well as some natural supplements that will help the body to metabolize excess body fuel more efficiently.
But these are all just additives to your efforts, your determining factor here is going to be your diet. Eat frequently never go longer then 3 1/2 hours without food, High PRO, Moderate CHO, and clean healthy fats. Drink plenty of H2O, this will help the body to flush and eliminate toxins from the body, as well as aid in digestion.
A balanced training program that consists of Resistance training and cardiovascular training, with the focus being on resistance training, as muscle burns BF for fuel. Alot of the time when people think, weight loss, they are quick to jump on the cardio band wagon, when if fact it should be the other way focusing on resistance weight training and then cardio.
So get your mind set and get started~

Careful on what your buddy gives you if you decide to take. Side affects of over using can be very harmful. Be sure to read up and do research.
i use to use t-3 and liquid clen with my cycles eat clean and tons of cardio was the trick
I think you see the general concensus here- Diet and Cardio
i think what makes people propogate this info is the fact that testosterone itself has been shown to lower "gut" fat in individuals who have been involved in clinical studies. it doesn't burn fat per se in the manner of a fat burner but will alter body composition to reduce subcutaneous fat, but not in the dramatic effect seen with clen, t3 and ephedra.
it really does not matter the amout of t-3 or clen i have used insane doses of both witout alot of cardio and a very clean diet u are fighting a losing battle
