210-215 lbs with the same or better bf% as last year....i should pull this off!!!
i want my blue belt in BJJ, have an amateur mma fight (which i will probably loose) and i want to get to 8% bf all natty
To weigh in at 245 would be nice.
To be able to keep saving money in what I believe will be a crappy year economically.
Main goal is to some how get our business through this crappy economy.
Fitness goal is just to loose this extra weight I've gained and stay healthy. No injuries this year!!!
How long have you been training? I trained gi and no gi but went through a nasty divorce and was forced to quit(got left with some unforseen bills!!!!!). Obviously I was still a white belt, but my teacher said he thought I was almost ready for the blue belt test. The guy over the school was from out of town and would come down every so often and give people the belts if they were ready.
Lose???? Come on man....you need to have a better mental outlook than that!!
Real simple here - except that it's really not so easy - dropping my bodyfat percentage below 10%. Seems like the older I get... the fatter I get and the harder it is to get the stubborn fat off...
