When should I start seeing improvements from 150mg prop and 150mg fina EOD? I know e-one is different, I started week 2 yesterday and haven't seen anything yet. I did put on 2 pounds to 183, but it may have come from the EQ increasing my hunger. What are your experiences?
I'm a little hesitant to answer, because I haven't done this cycle yet, although it is my next planned cycle for April, and I've done alot of research for it, as well as read and heard alot of people results, so here goes:
Both are fast acting steroids, so you should see some results within a week. However, you didn't provide and info about your diet, and my other question is if you see any changes in your body composition? You may have only gained two pounds on the scale, but you may be losing some fat %.
I'll defer to the vets who have actually done this cycle.
My diet consists of chicken, tuna, oatmeal, turkey, rice, sweet potatoes, etc. And of course 2-3 optimum whey protein drinks a day. My stats are 5'9" 183 with only 6-7% So Im not really losing fat I don't think. I just started the second week and I know I should start feeling the pumps more, get more veiny, and increased valscularity cause Im also on 400mg of EQ EW. Im just asking people for their experiences on when they started seeing results and what they saw.

i used prop 150mg/eod and fina 150mg/eod along with winny at 50mg/day for my first cycle. i noticed it at the 1.5-2 week mark.

BUMP one more time, anyone else? Im sure there is
about 1.5 weeks for me to really start to feel the fina kick in. I think you would do a little better with ed sticks, but the eod will be sufficient. personally i'm running prop/fina/winny and just started the winny, i'm 6 weeks in, and there has been a noticable body composition change over the last month. btw i'm only running 350 prop/week but i'm going to add 50 suspension/ed and make a good hard run the last few weeks.
Im starting winny on week 7, I hope to get extremely lean after this cycle is done. Im pretty lean now.
I dont notice much of a difference utill about day 14...like you said, everone is different so you may not feel anything for another week..just hang in there, it will happen.
