my cycle i just ended i did d-bol (naps) for the first four weeeks. it wasnt bitter like everyone says it is. during those four weeks i gained 20lbs but i didnt notice any killer pumps or strength gains. that didnt come until the test kicked in. any thoughts on those d-bols?

Bro IMO I think it might be your training if anything, because that is kind of weird.But if u wanna get the strength the big boys have u gotta train like em.
Great gains , I seen 15 pounds off some thai's, But no killer pumps!!
20lb clearly show that dbol was good.
i dont doubt that they were good or not. i was just wondering why i didnt get the killer pumps everyone rants and raves about. and my training is tough to whoever said about that. next time i will do the B-Ds.
