try some of the stallon pudding it taste like the real thing plus its low carbs high protein...I used to have pudding cravings at about 23:00 and would eat a whole package of pudding, then I found those stallon puddings that are now served in the merc household :D

I usually buy it by the case from the company or have my dad that owns a health supplement store order it. I eat them all the time they hit the spot
i wake up almost every night between 1am and 3 am so hungry i cant sleep. i have to go eat. its a curse
I go through phases like that too.
Its a proven fact those "late night cravings" mean your body is naturally burning FAT.. so it's the best not to have anything.. if anything some protein shake with low carbs/fats.
I get hungry like that all the time.. esp. when on EQ so its up to you..having a full stomach..and satisfy your cravings or.. hit the beach with nice lean 6 pax :)
i get those too, but i just mix up some protien, and go back to sleep.
So that vanilla Chipwich I had last night at 2:00am wasn't good for me? I love those things.
LOL!!!! Ahhh dont get me started on this subject...The past 8 weeks I WAKE up at 2-3am and just stare in the cabinets and the fridge...I finally made it to where I had NO JUNK to eat so I had to just go back to bed....Then I made a sign on the fridge saying "Stop being a poooce and have some discipline"...But after this show is over I hope to stay leaner and just have a crap food day once a week and go back to a good diet after that everyday....Those late night cravings are sometimes uncontrollable......
eq does it to me. weather it is the insomnia or the hunger pains i dont know which one. The worst is tren/eq. your hungry and have nite sweats.
lmao. the sign on the fridge thing is great. my only problem is, i rarely have food in the house, i'd need that sign on my car or by my car keys so i don't drive to taco bell,lol.Quote:
