Chug a protein dring or eat something high in protein, low in carbs before bed. Or just get up and have those cookies and milk and call it bulking, lol!
whats bad is i get up and actually fix the damn things lolso they are freshly baked !
Yeah, you have to get rid of the cookies. Get themout of the house. Also, go ahead and make something and put it in the frige so when you get up, the food is already there. I go through that but my weakness is whatever sweet cereal we have in the house so when it starts I tell my wife 'no more sweet cereal' so them I'm forced to eat something better for me.

there is plenty of healthy things out that can you eat ...by getting up every night at 3am your just programing your self to get up at that time and eat..which is not bad if your really hungry and not just have a sweet tooth graving then eat something good ...if you worked out that night then heck you wake up drink a protein shake keep your body in an anbolic state as long as you can...

Space..... Get some Pro M 3 protein and have a shake before bed. Should help with the food cravings @3:00AM.
If you still wake up and have to have something,try a whey isoloate shake, Just feed the body the goooooooooood stuff.
