DDDAAAAAMMMMNNN IIITTTTT!!!!!
My wrist is still fukked! I decided to try some shirted benching tonight cause my wrist has been doing fine lately. I put on an old worn out shirt and warmed up, hit 365 for 3 very easy fast reps. Then I went to 405 and as soon as I took the weight, bam! that fukker was hurtin like hell once again! I think I'm just gonna do some bodybuilding type stuff for the next 12 or so weeks and then try the heavy stuff again. This **** sucks ass!

My general rule of thumb with injuries is, once it quites hurting, wait 4-6 more weeks before testing it. Just because it doesn't hurt doesn't mean it's better. I've done that so many times with my rotators I can't tell you. They will feel all better and so I go heavy on the military press and bam, back to pain again. I finally learned the hard way to give it a month or two past the feel good point before testing it. Of course now, I do rotator work before every workout to keep the endurance up.

Nothing showed up on the xray and the doc said he thought I just strained or sprained the tendons.
