My .02....... If you are only going to take 20mgs then take it 1-2hrs before you lift. The half life on it isn't that long and it would be a waste to take it any other time. Dbol used to be my drug of choice, A staple for every cycle but I finally got tired of the bloat and "Water Head" look. I loved the pumps and the constant gains in strenght but it wasn't doing anything for the look that I wanted. Also, I've ran it both ways several times... ed and just on workout days. The only difference that I've found is that I retain more water by taking it everyday. No difference in strength or size gains. I chose to run it just on workout days. Sometimes more isn't better, especially when you are running two drugs that will be pounding on your liver. And for all the people that tell you, "man I run drol and dbol all the time for months" Well, Liver damage isn't something that just pops up overnight...It will show up later. That's just my .02.
