I thought abdomen was what people commonly did but my doc says in thigh or shoulder; claims it's not as effective in abdomen; I don't know why. For HCG though, he says stomach is ok, or thigh.

don't know why it would be less effective in the fat verses the muscle , just a slower release into the bloodstream if you inject i the fat.
That would be the first time I ever heard that. The rule of thumb has alwyas been in the layer of subcuateous fat. However, I knew a dude who would hit is biceps with his. But, it wasn't because he thought the ab didn't work, he just found it easier in the bicep.
tummy tummy tummy..it will disperse better and absorbs better...gh is not used for site inejction to make the muscle bigger

I talked with another fellow who does it in the muscle post-workout.
Claims it works better for him.
Having never tried it i don't know.
One of the guys in the gym is doing it his love handle area thinking it will help with localized fat lose....Who knows?
It doesn't seem to be working much for him.

Last 3 kits I ran was all injected in stomach area and rotated to the sides of the loves handles as well....Worked great!!!! I'm on my next 3 kits now and I'm following the same procedure.
bro..gh is not a miracle or a drug where u take it and boom fat goes away..takes at least 8 weeks to start seeing beef melting and density(for the muscle)...that is y gh must be taking at least 5 months straight back to back...its slow but its permanent, whatever u gain from it, u will keep itQuote:

mostly stomach, sometimes Intramuscular. Tried the thighs, OUCH, never again

i go IM in delts or tris or bis. but it doesnt matter really.
I inject in my abdominal area half-way between my love handles and my belly button. The skin there is not very sensitive and injections are not even noticeable.

Fit, go about 3-4" right where your crotch starts from the joint on the inside of the thigh and pinch the skin. It is very soft skin there and inject while pinching. I never had pain there.
