should i take the same amount of protein and NO on my off days???
I would have to say protein yes, deffinately because your needing to feed your body even on off days from lifting. Your body doesn't stop trying to grow just because you didn't workout that day. Its a living thing and needs to be fed properly in order to grow. As far as the NO, I would say no just from a money stand point. But if you have the extra to spare then I would also stick with my daily routine.
