here's what i have planned 300mg/wk deca w/400mg/wk equipoise both for ten weeks...but i've been hearing from quite a few ppl that running the equipoise for 12, even 15 weeks would work much better since the gains are realized at a much slower clip with equipoise...is it worth it to get another bottle and run it for 15 weeks?

make sure you're not buying exactly as many cc's as you think you need. my next cycle only requires 3 bottles of EQ strictly speaking, but it will prob come out 1-2 cc's short at the end. so invest in an extra bottle. JMHO.

I would. My last cycle that I plan on doing will be around 20 weeks or so. :colgate:

I ran EQ for over a year and it kept me looking hard and lean! I keep the doses low nowadays!

12-15 weeks for me
Did I miss something? Running Deca and Equipoise alone without test isn't the best idea is it? It is going to shut you down pretty hard, you will still get bloat due to the Deca and your gains won't be that impressive.
I am no expert but maybe some of the guys who are can comment.

I've actually heard from a lot of ppl that loved this combo...as for the bloat, i took deca @ 450mg wk and only experienced slight bloating mainly in the face...i'm also incorporating HCG use during the cycle (500iu 2x/wk) hopefully, this will help limit shut downQuote:

how about just run Eq through your cycle, then as a bridge to your next?
