If he is very overweight like you stated, he should probaly talk to his doctor before doing anything. Individuals that have actual weight problems and are not concerned about a few vanity pounds can have underlying conditions that would make it dangerous to take any type of stimulant's and diet pills.
IE: clen can damage your heart and if someone already has a stressed heart due to extra bodyfat on their frame this is a time bomb waiting to explode.

its all about diet brother. clen is crap. it won't do shit. golden rule.... if you eat like shit, you will look like shit. plain as that. tell him/her to get on a treadmill and burn more calories than consumed, weight will be lost. i'm tired of people being drug dependent...and clen of all things, sheesh.
^^^ BUmps to what everyone said. Clen is not a mgic pill and is far too dangerous. Tell him to eat half of what he eats and to get on the treadmill and burn more calories than he consumes.

good posts in here. the thing about clen is that it's tru usefulness only shows when you are already at a low bodyfat... i'm talking less than 9%. you can burn off just those last few stubborn areas that are resistant to diet/exercise. it's not for folks over 10% IMO.
don't want to be any more redundant than i've already been, but i bet if your friend ges serious about his diet he will get into shape.
then, if he can get below 9% with just diet and exercise, maybe he can try clen if that last little bit won't go.
clen can send your bp through the roof... overweight folks usually have that problem already. it can be a bad experience.

you sure going up to 100mcg/day of motivation won't supress your natty motivation levels?
