I'm up every morning at 0350 to hit the gym by 0430-0500. Depends upon how the coffee effects my bowels on when I actually get to the gym... LOL!

I feel you bro. I wake up at 3:55AM every morning. I hate it during finals week because I usually don't go to bed until 1:00am.

yea a friend of mine works one of the bridges as a police officer and said its nuts. cant even imagine the lines for taxis in the city
