19-nor question

I recently recieved some free ergopharm nor androdiol, nor dione stack it contains 100mg or 19-nor-4-androstenediol and 100mg of 19-nor-4-androstenedione is this any good. it says to take 30 min before workout do i take it on off days too and how much?

It is pretty good.

Take 100mg-250mg 1-3 times daily. On training days take 1 dose approx. 30 minutes before training.

Cycle on for 4-6wks max, then Cycle off for 2-4 weeks before repeating. Longer time off is even better.
