newbie cycle suggestions welcomed

weeks 1-10 400/mg deca
weeks 1-10 200mg/test
weeks 7-12 ip winny 50mg tabs 100mg/day
weeks 7-12 anavar 20mg/day
clomid weeks 12-14 or so
liquidex .5cc/ed
have nolvadex on hand just incase
current stats 5'8 180lbs this is cycle # 3
probably around 13%bodyfat age 19
have been lifting for 3 years now

looking to bulk up a bit and shread some fat i also have access to some finaplex was wondering if i should throw that in there if anyone can help me out a bit let me know what i should and shouldnt do what i should change. any suggestions welcomed

i cant take dbol last time i had back pains so bad i couldnt even move so now im kinda afraid of takeing em would u say fuck the deca and go with the test only? or u think i should just up the dosage of the test?

weeks 1-10 600mg/test

weeks 1-4 anavar 30mg/day

If you feel the need for tren, 75mgED wks 7-12

Welcome Bro.

Heres my 00:02$

Firstly the amount of test that you do should always be equal to or greater than the amount of Deca for a number of reason! (Deca dick etc)

Secondly the amount of test that any BB should in most cases exceed 350mg/week for there to be any positive results. (Thread on the subject)

Third. Why the Anvar in the end? you already have a good deal of Anabolics in your system and since the Var is a weaker steriod you will IMHO be wasting it.

IRT "throwing in Fina" you will be putting yourself at a higher risk for getting Pro-G gyno if you run the Deca and Fina simueltainiously (sp) espesially if your prone to it!

To sum it up heres a cupple of ways to run it.

1.) Long way. With bridge and Tren
- Wk.1-10 Test (any kind) 500mg
- Wk.1-10 Deca 400mg
- Wk.11-12 Anavar 40mg (or more)
- Wk.13-17 Tren75mg ED
- Wk.13-17 Winnie 50mg EOD
- Wk.13-17 Test Prop
- Wk.1-13 L-dex 0,25mg ED
2.) The simple way
- Wk.1-10 Test 500mg
- Wk.1-10 Deca 400mg
- Wk.6-10 Winnie 50 ED or EOD
- Wk.1- post cyckle therapy L-dex0,25mg
3.) the Alternative
- Wk.1-10 Test 500mg
- Wk1-10 Eq 4-500mg
- Wk.1-10 Fina 75ED or 100 EOD
- Wk.6-10 Winnie 50mg ED or EOD
Remember always have Nolva on hand and ALWAYS do your Clomid!

I think the best first cycle are test only at about 500mg a week. You will make good gain and if any sides happen they are easy to control.

first i wouldn't run anavar and winny during the same weeks...do something like this(you can take out the fina if you want, i added it cuz you said you had it)
test 1-10 500mg/wk(keep higher than deca)
deca 1-10 400mg/wk
anavar 1-5 30mg/day(i don't think 20mg/day will do much)
winny 8-13 50mg/day
fina 75mg/day 7-12
ldex at .5mg/day 1-16, nolva just in case
clomid start after winny

i don't think you would need the fina at the end though....or you could do the fina weeks 1-6 and lose the var
