alright guys heres the deal , im gona go on dboll and whinny at same time or maybe whiny after but heres the thing , im gona have nolva on hand , i am planning to take it after i finish my cycle but iam concerned of gyno , i dont want it to start developing , should i just start taking nolva right when i start takin dbol ? should i take nolva like once a week ? ? how should i do it to prevent gyno, i dont wana start feeling like im getting gyno and then take it becasue then i will have gyno already ,,, i want to prevent it from happeining ... help me out bros thanks

i would get some ldex and use that, if not then use the nolva 10mg ed, what does the rest of your cycle look like

im not on much just d bol and whinny, im a newb plus i dont want to gain much im already 170 lbs with 8% bf i just wana gain like 15-20 lbs and im only 5'9

dbol and winny are both 17aa gear i wouldnt run them together. i also wouldnt run either without test of some sort. nolva needs to be run ED. a good newbie cycle is 400-500mg of enth or cyp for 10 weeks and 35mg of dbol ed for weeks 1-5
