a great protein shake!
1/2 or 1 scoop of whey protein
3 maybe 4 scoops of vanilla icecream (home made bluebell)
8 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 cups whole milk
mix with blender and its great!
I did not know it was this good and easy to diet!:)

I was joking! I have been reading some diet stuff that is almost that bad, I dont know how they think you going to drop fat that way!
I am tring to cut, but going very slow!;)
hey add a banana and spoon of peanutbutter..... tastes great
i used to make my own protine shakes....
1 cup milk... 1/2 cup egg beaters..... frozen yogurt...
pretty tasty.
