Ok my weight has plateued at 223lbs I cant for the life of me get the weight to budge. I'v been tring to eat more but I dont think it is it. I am using Insulin P/W and its really not helping weight gain. I am still getting gradually stronger but the size has stopped.
What do you guys do during a long cycle to break through mid- cycle plateues?
(You guys can refer to my journal in the cycel journal section)
P.S I'v got 5 wks of fina and some winny coming up.

How much weight have you put on? 10 lbs of muscle would be a solid gain. What are you lookin for? 223lbs sounds like a good weight. What are your stats?
Agreed. In your post you say eating isnt it. It is it bro. The only thing that makes you gain weight is food, that's it plain and simple. Your caloric needs have gone up and you need to meet and exceed them.Quote:

Sounds good, I always count every calorie so if things need to change I can track and change easily.
i have the same problem , i was stuck at 223lnbs , but threw in some humalin r and up to 226 in 4 days.
increase ur food and protein big time, or take a week off and then come back on bro.:p
