I aggree Your diet must of sucked cause i gained a nice 15pds and got no water retention at all ive been now off foe over 4 weeks and i havent lost hardly anything a total of 4 pds and strengh is still there. What does your food intake look like in one day, cause i think the diet was the problem... :2gunsfiri
