Wow, do you guys really think that?? Or are you just saying it to make me feel better? I have felt like a winnie lately. I also feel like a fat ass. AM I just being paraniod or am I really looking pretty good. Please tell me what to work on. I work out 4-5 days a week. My lats suck. I like my bi's tri's and shoulders, but I wanna get bigger if I can. I have really be killin it for a while now, but it seems like I havent made much progress lately????

Just change your routine up bro, throw in some different exercises and shock your muscles. I would also try and get more protein in if i was you, i would aim for 400 every day. You have a good amount of mass already and after you finish this bulker i would cut it up. After you cut you should look pretty sick, good luck with your cycle and keep up the hard work bro ;)

I'm at around 350-400grms protien ed. Just switched up my workout 4 weeks ago. How often do you change it up? Thanks for the input bro
I think its a good idea to change your routine every 3 months or so. You are lookin real thick bro, I think your lats could use alittle more but really you are looking good. I think u should cut it up after this bulk cycle. You will look bad ass cut up. good luck bro and keep us infprmed
