My PCT help me out here pls

I am coming up to the end of my cycle it looked like this:
week1-10 deca 300mg/week
week 1-12 sust 500mg/week
week1-4 d-bol 25mg/day
week 12-15 winny tabs 50mgs/day
heres my PTC tell me what think any suggestions are welcomed
2 days after last winny 300mg clomid/day followed by 10 days of 100mg/clomid
then 3 weeks of clomid at 50mg/day
starting same time aa clomid and running for 8 weeks
1000mg of tribulus/day
3 caps of zma nightly
10-20g glutamine/day
10g creatine/day
ECA on workout days
should i run the sups longer then 8 weeks post cycle? nad should i add anything else? luke
