FINALLY Started QV!!! :D Simple ?

So I FINALLY got started last night and I can't wait for the momentum to kick :D
It's QV EQ and Enan. The injection did not hurt and today I still don't feel any real pain at all :)

I was wondering one simple thing though.....do yall prefer to take shots EXACTLY 4 days apart or just do it the easy way and pick 2 specific injection days? Of course, doing exactly every 4 days will have me rotating different injection days and from experience, it's just too much a pain to remember the last injection day once a few weeks have passed (it's like all the days start seeming to run together).

What do yall think??

Yeah Estan.....that's what I'm thinking. I picked Fri nights and Mon nights since those are easy days to get help frommy buddy :) I'm a puss and still can't manage to turn around and stick my ass :mad: I can't stand not being able to do it!

Yeah, when the days rotate...it just screws me all up. I have better things to f*ckin remember, LOL :D

Bout 10 years ago, my buddy and I would stick each other and it worked out well. Last year was my first cycle since then, and I'll admit it,....my hand was shaking like a leaf and I was sweating bullets. Do what I did: Turn around and pinch a fold of your ass. Put the needle against the skin, don't jab, and slowly break the skin, release your hold and go in. You will suprise yourself on how easy it really is. Man, I swear to God, after the first one, I couldn't wait to do it again. Oh yeah, don't forget to aspirate....You can do it!!!!:)

Yeah, thats what i alwasy have people do ---> jab it in quick.
I couldnt imagine doing it slow like that...and feeling it hurt more????

MONDAY FRIDAY

I just do Monday/Thursday. I'm not about to get out a calender and mark off every 4 days for a shot, lol. Too lazy for that shiznit.

I also do the Monday/Thursday routine.

I also jab slowly. Doesn't hurt and if I get near a nerve, I can stop and hit somewhere else.

for dirt mexican gear it's good stuff... i'd do it again

maybe it's just me, but if I'm going to spend the time/money/effort to run gear, train, and eat right, then a few extra minutes each time I pin up, spent writing down how much I did and what spot I hit... seems worth it to me. I always record what, where, and when I inject.

i always wrote on the calendar which spots i hit so i knew not to inject in the same spot more than once a week. as far as time between shots ....with long ethers i'd go with monday thursday. but as long as they are evenly spaced, it doesn't matter

I don't know about yall, but i CAN remember which glute I hit last :D :p
But I think this time I'm gonna stick with Fri and Mon's rather than counting every 4 days for 3 months.
