i think you need more cals(imo), at 230 you will lose a lot of muscle if you dont slowly decrease your cals to 1780. i am at 205 and am slowly getting cut with 2600 cals, ratio of p/c/f---50/30/20
i would put a post up with maki riddington, he will tell you what is up. i think you are on the right track though
