what about the old time lou ferrigno routine.
day 1. chest/back
day 2. shoulders/bi/tri
day 3. legs
doberman..........
I've used this routine before a few times when i was only able to make it to the gym 3 times a week cause of school, worked great for me, just gotta make the most out of your time and lift hard and heavy, and keep the intensity high. basically all the common sense things.Quote:

What are your goals????????
That would work but I would try to make time. I've got a very busy schedule too, 10-12 hr work days and on average 2 college classes at a time (and the occasional weekend at work too). You just have to make time bro.Quote:

take a look at my daily schedule:
4:30am to 8:00am GYM
9:30am 1:20pm Classes
2:00pm to 11:00pm Work
Monday thru Saturday.
It took some getting used to but after a while i learned to get away with 4 hours of sleep and sleeping on sunday.
You can do it man.

I'm 5'10", 215lbs at 15%. For now my goal is to maintain what I've got. Once I'm use to my new schedule I will go go back to a 4 day routine.Quote:

If you can spend 3.5 hours in the gym on 4.5 hours sleep, you have my respect.Quote:

Not enough sleep imo, and why do you need to be in the gym for 3.5 hrs. Seems like overtraining to me.Quote:
