Yeah,too much weight and bad form.The bar rolled off my shoulders onto my neck,ruptured my disc,which caused me to pass out.Then my lower back became unstable and ruptured 3 discs there.Thank God the weights landed on the safety bar of the rack!!or it would have been worse.It looks like light to moderate weights with higher reps are in my future.Thanks to all for the concern,its much appreciated.
