New cycle starting november - last one!

My upcoming cycle will be the last one probably for a LONG time. Well I like to tell myself that now anyway :)

Take a look and give as much advice as you can, look at the goals I've written down and the plan, please. Have a great evening!

My plan

I'm no newbie, I've done cycles before and today I'm pretty pleased with myself. I started my first cycle after 8 years of weight training. Today I'm about 200lb, low BF, nbuyt I'm not quite where I like to be yet. I'm goiing for one more cycle and that's it. Then I will lay low for a long time and hold on to the gains I've made past.

Stats:
I'm 6", 198lb, bf around 9%, all in the midsection. My legs are veiny as my shoulders, chest and my back looks like gran canyon as my coach said :) (not from sitz though hehe)

My cycle plan

I'm starting my bulk up in nevomber, last week in november probably. I wilthen eat more fat than before. I will do it like this

Trainingdays high carbs, low fat, high protein(40/40/20) carbs/protein/fat), non workout days 30/40/30

All good fats, protein lots of red meat and chicken. Mostly solid foods. Carbs medium high to low GI carbs, most carbs frommorning up to half part of the day, I will then lower carbs.

This will continue for 8 weeks, then I'm starting my cutting for 8-12 weeks.

Cutting I wil eat like before but increase cardio and down with carbs and up with protein. Hopfully I will still gain mass. Adding T3 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. Clen 2 weeks , EC 2 weeks

Cycle:

Weeks 1-2: Test prop 50mg ED
1-5: Dbol 35mg ED
1-5 femara 2.5mg ED, Weeks 6-17 2.5mg EOD
1-14: Test 800mg test enathate EW
15-16: Test prop 50mg ED
Weeks 4, 7, 10, 13, 16 hcg 1000IU(500iu saturday, 500iu sunday) then HCG for recovery + nolvadex
EQ starting week 3-15(13 weeks total)

Week 15-18: Winny 25mg ED(just for gainskeeper..)
Nolvadex on hand

Yohimburn starting even when bulking so probably 20 weeks or so, maybe too long?

Also will take 30g of glutamine ED and 10g of creatine ED, all 20 weeks in a row. L-glutamine you might say doesnä't work, but it seems to do much for me as it seems to increase the absorbtion of foods ion my stomach por something, well I feel a lot vbetter with it, recovery seems to speed up and so on...)
Tren fucks me up too much, I will NOT take it.

Training - HST while bulking, then while cutting I will go for a 5day per week.

(suppliements: Ginger root, B-vit, pantotenic acid, c-vit, multivit, zink, magnesium, calsium, B-12(oral and I will try to get inj.), garlic extract, inositol while recovery, taurine with the clen.

looks good bro but i think that might be to much ferma i would use at the most 1.25 mg ed or even eod imho

Prop I would do 75-100 mg's ED for the last 5-6 weeks
D-bol I would do at 35 mg's ED for 6 weeks
too much femara. drop it to 1.0-1.5
eq I would keep it at 14 weeks with 600-700 mg's a week



keep the cycle at 14 weeks. good one though.

Winny I would do from weeks 15-20 at 50-75 mg's ED
test I would do 2 shots a week, not once EW

Eq will be lower than before, probably 400mg per week, and I will then run it for a bit longer period instead and stack this with MASTERONE!!

I got my hands on some masterone(spelling...hmm..) 100mg/ml so I will runt this the last 8 weeks when cutting up at 50mg ED. I rahter do this than use winny, winny makes my joins hurt like a ***** and I frankly do not feel very good on it.

The cycle again, shit I'm exited right now :)

1-5: Dbol 35mg ED(5 weeks I will do, maybe 6 weeks if my livervalues doesn't pop)
1-17 femara 1.25mg ED, increase dose if needed. Also have nolva on hand
1-10: Test 500mg test enathate EW and 250mg Susta, got some more susta..) Total of 750mg
11-14: 700mg Test Enathate EW
15-16: Test prop 50mg ED, the test enathate will still be active at a high dose so 50mg ED will be enough
Weeks 4, 7, 10, 13, 16 hcg 1000IU(500iu saturday, 500iu sunday) then HCG for recovery + nolvadex
EQ starting week 3-15(13 weeks total), dose 400mg maybe 500mg or 600mg depending on how I feel..
Weeks 8-16: Materone 50mg ED injected.
POst cycle HCG, Nolva, Avena Sativa and everything else trhat might help

wks 1-10 enan/sust combo like u got it
wks 11-14 enan like got it
wks 15-16 50mg/d prop
hcg as needed, i would use nolva and clomoid post cycle as well as have nolva on hand
i would run the eq 600mg/wk for wks1-14(found 600-800 is best for longer than 12 weeks)
masterone i don't know much about but it looks good

thanks for the answear guys, I appreciate it a lot. I will probably do EQ at 400mg the first 8 weeks, then if I get more I'll bump the dose. feels beter to spend the m,oney on more food instead of more EQ.

Diet will be more meat than before, more red meat, less chicken

Yeah, start eq on day one.
