Height: 5'8"
Weight: 178lbs
Bodyfat: 17%

First Cycle:
Weeks 1-8: 500mg Test Cyp 300mg Deca

Results:
Gained 25lbs, kept 15lbs

Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-12: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-9: 400mg EQ

Clen/ECA cycled every 2 weeks

Goals:

you got to run the eq longer 12-14 weeks bro prop looks good

or u can keep the same cycle run the eq 12 weeks and the prop 14 since u have to wait for the eq to clear and start clomid 3 days after ure last prop shot.
