the occasional cheat meal is acceptable, but cheat days, no. not for me.
eat 4 days clean, then go nuts for 1 day. Seems to work for me.

I had cheat days right up until 4 weeks before my first show. I was really ripped and I don't think it affected me in a negative way at all.
I love cheat days, whether cutting or bulking clean.
Don't know how true it is, but I've heard that your thyroid could go dormant without a cheat day every so often.

I like the idea of a cheat meal or two instead of a whole cheat day. And, have your cheat meals early in the day so that you don't go to bed with a belly full of junk food. Just my opinion.

One "refeed" day a week when cutting....YES!
Have a controlled refeed day where you up the carbs and consume about BW x 15 in calories, first 3 meals high GI carbs and no fat, last 3 meals low GI and moderate fat.
my one cheat meal a week is friday night at the pub drinkin lots and lots of beer. empty calories only once a week!
i said yes but that's because i have a fast metabolizm, so i think it kinda varies from person to person.
