beginner cycle test & deca?
i'd like to start my first cycle within the next few months and i've read through about every thread in this forum and pieced together as much info as i can but i wanted to ask you guys some specifics. here are my stats 25yrs 6'3" 250lbs ?%BF. i've been lifting on and off for last 8 years, but only steadily for the last year. my main goal is to build some bulk, but mainly to shed fat. before i found this forum and the thread concerning "deca dick", my plans were to run a straight 10 week deca only cycle tapering up to 400mg/wk and back down. i wanna put on some size, but i wanna keep my woody while i'm doing it. i've also read that test. is an essential base for a cycle. i was hoping to run a solo cycle but here's what i was thinking so far:
test. ethanate 400-500mg/wk for 10 wks
or stack
test. ethanate 400-500mg/wk for 10 wks
deca 400mg/wk for 8 wks, starting 2 wks after test.
i'm planning on a high protein, low fat, mid carb diet and spending lots of time on the treadmill. i've been using nitro-tech and creatine to date...i'm assuming its safe to continue using these on the cycle?
i think i only have 3 main questions:
1. your opinions on the cycles i listed above?
2. is a lot of cardio bad during a cycle...or should i just focus on lifting?
3. how soon after the cycle ends should i start the clomid, and how often during the cycle should i take the nolvadex/tamoxifen? are there any other essential supplements i should use?
i know this is a lot of information, but i'm hoping to get an informed response and i appreciate any input you guys have.
i haven't scored the gear yet, so i'm also curious to know what you guys think about mexican and vet. products and about internet pharmacies?
