bro you dont keep it refrigerated, just keep it under 80 degrees and all is well.
i pre load mine all the time keep them in the fridge
the insert in the slin says under 80 do not refrigerate.
Slin should be kept in the fridge, but it will be ok at under 80 degrees. Yes you can keep your preloaded pins in the fridge.
well i live in AZ so there is no way to keep them under 80 degrees

The big thing is to avoid excessive heat. Insulin is a protein and if subjected to heat it'll begin to degrade. Open vials can be kept at room temperature for about a month before they'll start to lose potency. If you keep it in the fridge it'll last a little longer.
I preload one syringe in the morning and take off for work. I keep it in my office till my workout. Then inject in the locker bathroom. chug my drink and off to work I go....
you can pre-load, no problem. I pre-load about one week in advance.
