If you are trying to gain MORE mass, go witrh the 4-AD. 1-test does NOT convert to estrogen whatsoever (chemically, it CANNOT) therefore it's a cutter! NO estrogen=NO gains is typically the rule! 4-AD.......converts to estradiol!
Save the 1-test for when you want to shed some fat from all the bulking!
That is an interesting way to look at using the two of them. I admit I had not considered this.
