2-3iu's/day if you plan to be a long period.
5 on, 2 off...........most commonly used this way.
thatz what i was planning on doing. 2iu with 5 on weekendz off. just wanted some other opinionz before i finalized my cycle
From all studies I have seen, the only reason to not use HGH for 7 days a week is the cost factor.
If you have the money - go 7 days, if not 5 will be fine.

IMO, you are too young for GH, you are only 20, right ?Quote:

yes, i am only 20. but i have my goals and dedication in order, so im going for it. money isnt an issue. i make more than enough of it, especially being 20. so 7 days it is
I use mine 7 days @ 4.5 iu's per day.
I believe what Stone was referring to is the fact that at age 20 your endogenous production of HGH is sufficient and that any additional will not benefit you that same as it would a person in there late 20's and over.Quote:

I like the idea of 5 days on and weekends off, as i believe it will lower the possibility of GH making you Insulin resistent...XXL
imo i would do 3-4 iu ed 7 days a weak if you can
Thanks bro, I quess I probably should have explained my reasoning in my post.Quote:

i understand what both you are saying. but here is my logic behind it. a pretty well known bodybuilder used to be a trainer at the gym i work at. he told me that taking gh when you are younger is not so much for mass, as it is for increasing muscle density. meaning it makes your muslce seem fuller. anyone care to comment on this??
That seems to be the case whether you are young or old.

There is no problem with this. If you got the money spend it. It's not going to do any harm.
