need 2 ask bro...
doin 30mg dbal in my cycle , for 4 weeks ( 5 if i really like it) so how when should i take my ALA for liver protection? and how much ED? would that give me a good enough protection and if not what else should i use?
when is the earlist i might possibly feel the dbalz ? they are denkall 10mg each pill

200mg of ALA taken with every meal(6 times a day). Drink lots of water, Tylers Liver Detox is a good idea too. I start to notice a difference with dbol in about 7 days.

Milk Thistle could also be used. I feel DBol in about 3 days. by the 7th day I get a pump just changing channels on the TV.

IMHO - taking Milk Thistle along with ALA is a little redundant...
What are your reasons geared?
