Overhead tricep extensions with a cable will get your triceps freaking huge
Triceps Heavy press downs ,and vbar push downs followed by dips till failure.
Biceps,heavy hammer curls ,preacher ,and crimp bar on pulley.
I do 4 sets each 8 reps ,no rest between sets
Mostly close grip bench, push-ups with a narrow stance, cable push downs, seated tricep extentions.
Biceps are always just heavy barbell curls, high rep dumbbell drop sets and close grip underhand pull-ups
