Its an industry filled with myths and misinformation...
Some Women say if they lift weights they will look like a man.
People say if you stop lifting weights all the muscle will turn to fat LOL
More myths: You have to lift heavy weights to build muscle. You have to do low reps to get lean. You cant get lean without cardio. etc
Behind the back or neck anything is wrong. ill end up like hawking for doing upright rows ??? yeaaahhhh right.
