1 powerclean
1 front squat
1 push press
1 back squat
1pushpress behind the neck
Repeat 7 times. After 7 times. Rest 2 minutes. Then repeat for 5 rounds.
I've done this at 135 pounds. Doesn't sound like a lot, but 135 pounds will get ya quick.
