I liked the Raw Meal so I decided to try the protein. Got the vanilla and I will finish it but its just isn't as good as whey. Some might like it but I will pass. even doctored up it was yuck,lol. Anyone try good protein that isn't whey that they liked?
Ive been using Optimum Nutrition Whey Ice cream vanilla for years, Ive never even wanted to switch its that good!!
Throw in some powdered peanut butter and youre good to go!
I cant do whey anymore so I am looking for an alternative and don't want to much soy either
i hear some pretty good stuff about pea protein baby1. i am not a vege protein guy but their are some really good reviews on the stuff. i would say try casine but since whey is a no go then it probably will be also. beef isolate, or just some good old fashioned egg protein powder may do you just right

Beef protein was going to be my suggestion as well. I didn't even think about pea protein. Might be a good alternative.

if you are going to go with a beef isolate baby1 please get samples first. i have tried many many brands and they all straight up taste like panther piss. it is probably one of the worse tasting proteins i have ever tried and all of them were horrible on my stomach. i do not tolerate beef protein from powder at allQuote:
