Im still going for the mother tucker this weekend.. red meat wins. Everything in moderation I suppose
Man I'm a anything goes in moderation. I guess if you ate 80/20 red meat or worse 24/7 you could have issues but I've also read many things stating we need the animal fats and the anti cholesterol diets actually kill arteries. Bottom line is do what works for you. For me I know when to take a break from reds but I eat a min of 4 red meals a week.
